Shipping policy

Once your order is confirmed, I’ll start working on it right away. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–5 working days, since they are made to order, though I always try to send them out as quickly as possible.

All UK orders are shipped with Tracked 48, which usually takes around 2 working days. International orders are sent via Standard International Shipping, which typically takes 10–15 working days (sometimes a little longer, depending on customs).

If you’re ordering a gift and need it urgently, just get in touch—I’ll do my best to get it out to you as quickly as I can.

Orders are always sent to the address provided at checkout, but if you’d like your parcel sent somewhere else, no problem—just email me your order details before it has been shipped with the updated address. Please double-check that your details are correct, as additional fees may apply if an order needs to be resent after shipping.

While most parcels arrive on time, please keep in mind that occasional delays can happen due to postal strikes, busy holiday periods, or customs checks (for international deliveries). Thank you for your patience—it means a lot!

If your item gets lost in transit, don’t worry—I’ll happily replace it and send it out again.
