Welcome to Dessi Designs
Hi, I’m Dessi, and I started Dessi Designs as a small UK business about 10 years ago with one simple goal – to create beautiful, unique products that make you smile and brighten up your everyday life. Each piece is made with lots of care and love, and I do my best to use sustainably sourced materials whenever possible.

Payments & Orders
All payments are handled securely through PayPal. Every item is made to order, so your piece will be created just for you once payment has gone through.

Processing & Shipping
Once your order is confirmed, I’ll get to work on it right away. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–5 working days, though I always try to send them out as quickly as I can.

A Little Note Before You Order
Please take a moment to read the description of your chosen item carefully. Since each product is custom-made, I want to make sure you’re completely happy with the final result. Custom orders are non-refundable (unless faulty, as required by law), so it’s important to double-check the details—like your chosen model, design, and delivery address—before placing your order.

Promotional Codes
From time to time, I share exclusive promotional codes through email or social media. These codes can only be applied to the products listed in the promotion and can’t be combined with any other offers.
